Casa Baja Sunset located just north of Downtown Los Barriles and around the corner from Tres Palapas Pickleball resort is a perfect spot to relax after a day on the courts! Plenty of room for parking! Enjoy one queen bed in the primary bedroom with a futon in the living room. Large kitchen with everything you need and the coziest outdoor covered patio! Take a walk to the beach just down the street. Let us help you find an ATV rental for your trips into town.

Enter the house into the large open kitchen. To the left you’ll find the living room with futon and television. The main bedroom is off the living room with a private bathroom and tub/shower combo.

Full Access to the property

Your hosts live and work in Los Barriles. We are here to answer any questions you may have! We like to greet you at arrival and then give you your space.

This is a quiet, safe neighborhood.

We think it’s best to have a car or rent an ATV for this location. You are walking distance to Tres Palapas, but for more restaurants or grocery you’ll need a vehicle.
Please always turn the AC off when you leave the house and leave the gates closed to keep livestock out of the yard.

  • We stayed in the Yurts at Spa Buena Vista and a short walk down the beach are these palapas which are perfect for the hot sunny days. The beach here goes on and for miles. The area is on top of natural hot thermal springs and some spots along the waters edge are actually to hot to stand on because of the thermals. We also saw three different sea turtle nest marked for their safety and had the date the eggs were laid. #BeachTips

Loved the place and Los Barriles Life!

Great location for playing pickleball at Tres Palapas, which we did a lot. But it is a mile or so from town center, so don't stay without a vehicle of some sort.There was an issue with the water system while we were there, but the manager, Los Barriles Life, was very quick to get it fixed, so it had no effect on our enjoyment of our stay. They also helped with great suggestions on other things.Overall, we loved the place and the attitude of the property manager!
