「We booked this on the day and arrived within several hours of making the reservation, and Manolo the owner was there to greet us. Lovely friendly man who runs the 14 century hotel as a hobby while running a dental practice. 「We rolled up around 9pm and the front office was already closed, but we lucked out by hitting up the staff on WhatsApp. She was super sweet and got us checked in, even though her English wasn't perfect—she tried her best to explain everything and was so helpful. The place is gorgeous and full of traditional charm. If you've got the time, I'd say stay at least two nights to really soak it all in!」

「For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests.
