It was a decent stay but there were bugs on the property and the room smelled like hospice or assisted living. Easy checkin and check out. 3 bugs counted that were seen in the room and some areas were obviously in a mold room or had mildew like stains. I would say the bugs and overall smell of the building will prevent me from coming back.

My wife and I have stayed at this facility several times and for the most part I've always had excellent service and the rooms are mostly pretty good too clean so on and so forth. Last night however I showed up at about 1:15 a.m. because I had to work late and couldn't get to the hotel before that but did not know I needed to and I was unable to check in because their system resets at 1:00 a.m. and automatically counted me as a no-show. So not only is it going to take 7 to 10 days to get a refund, they couldn't just reset it and give me a room so my wife and I slept in our van. When I looked up the email I got regarding my purchase of the room the last part was that if we come in after hours that night staff would be happy to come and help us out and check us in if we use the phone in the lobby and I'll 500 which we did and then I was informed too bad so sad sorry about you call Expedia for your refund and good luck. Now the person that spoke to me did not say those words per se but that was the ending result and how I felt. Just saying that really did suck
