    This is a 3 story estate. The owner lives upstairs on the top floor and will be available for any help you may need during your stay. You will have private entrance access via security code straight into your area separated from the top floor. No shared spaces.

We had a comfortable stay at this vacation rental. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the location was close to everything we needed. The property is Hollywood of a past era. A eclectic mix of styles that function well but are dated. Overall nice and clean and the location is great. King size beds are super comfortable. Would happily stay again.

Lovely spot in the trees

Lovely view, feels like a place in the hills away from it all, but it's right there so close to everything. Spacious and comfortable, bed was comfy too. Sam the host was communicative and hospitable.

This lovely home in the Hollywood Hills was perfect for our long weekend in LA. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, garage parking, and near all hot spots in Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Nice kitchen area with fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven. Communication with Sam, the owner was great! This home has everything you need for a quiet stay in the hills...loved sitting on the porch and looking down at LA below. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again!

Completely flawless

The priperty is situated in the beautiful Hollywood Hills, with stunning views over Hollywood. The property contains everything you may need throughout your stay, including use of the garage.Sam is the best host you can ask for, even checking in to make sure that everything's okay with your stay. 10/10, would highly recommended!

XL house in West Hollywood. Great views. Serene.

We had a fabulous time at this XL home. Beautiful surroundings, great view from the balcony but still felt private and secluded. Location was perfect - close to the action of West Hollywood but peaceful at the home. Host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the location of this unit. The layout is a teeny bit funky - there isn't a real kitchen, the bedrooms area downstairs, bathrooms are dated, the owner lives in a different section of the house - we heard other people but never met anyone in person.The unit smelled heavily of intense cleaning products when we first arrived.

Worth the money

Great large space. Worth the money. The location is 3 mnts away from Sunset Plaza in West Hollywood. Safe and easy place to park after fulls days of exploring the city.
