  • Welcome to our bright and warm one bed, one bath new construction guest home located in the heart of Woodland Hills. We are south of Ventura Boulevard, just a few minutes from shops, restaurants and children's entertainment at the Topanga Village and Mall. Enjoy LA's beautiful hikes in Topanga Canyon just 5 minutes drive. Beaches and the city center are each just ~15 miles away.

    This is the perfect home for individuals or families looking for a relaxing getaway in the suburbs of LA.
