~~MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 4~~
ONLY registered guests are allowed in the property at ALL TIMES. Exceeding max or unregistered guests will incur cancellation and a fee.
~~GUEST REGISTRATION~~
Primary guest must provide a valid ID. All other guests must be registered by full name before check-in. If the primary guest is under 25, a valid ID from someone 25+ is required (presence not required). No local guests. Emergency contact required via form. Listing is 14 min from location; exact location shared after booking.
~~NO SMOKING AT ALL~~
This is a smoke free complex. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT; smoking allowed on Level 3(courtyard) or the parking lot. A $1,200 fine will be charged for violations.
~~NO PETS ~~
Service pets will incur additional cleaning fee.
~~NO LOUD MUSIC ~~

REMINDERS:
~~CHECK IN/CHECK OUT~~
CHECK IN is anytime after 3:00 PM. You acknowledge that the LOCKBOX location IS NOT IN the building, it's nearby; a 3 min drive.
CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM. To respect the Housekeeper's time any late check out will incur a $45 fee, for every 30 mins.
An early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance. If available $40 per hour will apply to each request.
~~SURVEILLANCE CAMERA/NOISE SENSOR ~~
Camera covers the front entry only. Noise levels above 75 decibels prompt a message to lower the volume. Repeated violations will result in termination, if police are involved; $1,000 fine. Devices are not to be tampered with.
~ HOUSEHOLD ITEMS~
Missing or damaged items will result in a replacement fee. Towels and comforters are for their intended use only, and stains will require replacement.
~~PROPERTY RELATED KEYS~~
Failure to return fob key will incur a $200 charge, $175 for failure to return white strip tag. 24-48 hrs to receive replacement.
$200 for lock-out service fee from 6 pm-8 am.
