Be within walking distance to LA best by the beach- 5min to the boardwalk, Abbott Kinney blvd, 10min to the Venice Canals and 15min from Rose ave ! Main street retails and food/bars/cafes in Santa Monica is barely 20min walk...Fiber optic Internet for your downtime or to get some serious work done and quick access to major highways to explore more of the City !
    Note we have security cameras around the house but none inside for privacy reasons...

This is our second time at this property. We enjoy the location close to Abbott Kinney, and to the beach. They welcome us with a bottle of wine and snacks and provided beach towels if necessary.
