I stay there and I got bed bugs bites I talk to front desk try to talk to manager but still not responding my stay there was 09 /26/2025 till today 10_02_2025 manager haven't responded I went to urgent care to take care of my skin very bad service

Good location, clean from outside. Room old and not clean…bed spread was disgustingly dirty. Bath towel had a hole in it. Unfriendly check in. They repeated the rules at least 3 times!

Deceptive at best

I arrived a half hour early and they would not let me check in. I had just driven 3.5 hours from San Diego and they would not let me use a restroom. The hotel does not look ANYTHING like the photos on hotels.com. I paid for a different hotel to avoid staying at this place

Needs updating

First thing was they required a cash deposit, who carries cash anymore? The room looked like it could use some updating. The blanket had burns from cigs, and air unit had what looked like wads of paper all in the outlet. Could have been nicer.

Motel under the word Hotel

From the outside looks ok but once you’re in your room it’s OLD and furniture is broken or ripped. This is definitely a sex service motel dressed as a Hotel. Would NOT bring family here it’s old, musty and dirty.

You pay everything with card and when you get to the window they ask you for a 100 in cash and I didn’t have 100 and it was already closing for check in and had no vehicle so had to cancel and sleep outside Sketchy as hell to take 100 in cash and everything in card It was only one Indian man at the counter

Unfortunately I scheduled this for a homeless friend in another town and didn’t realize they require a $100 cash deposit at check in. So they weren’t able to stay there. I did eventually find that deep in the fine print but it was too late to cancel.

Nice cozy hotel, I was over charged for choosing a non smoking room $30.00 and asked for a cash security deposit $20.00, the vending machine did not have water for sale. my shower very uncomfortable.

Repairs needed

Great room amazing staff the room I was in was really rugged it had screw holes halfway filled trying to hide them but making it more noticeable, picture above the bed missing 1/4 of the color of the frame , the bathroom was the worst paint spots pealing off the wall raw drywall mud throughout the bathroom walls minor holes in the wall from nails or screws the room was in good shape clean presentable but again the bathroom was in rough shape however it was a amazing and enjoyable stay i would stay here again definitely :)

Very disappointing to arrive and find out they had canceled my reservation. After searching for a room for over an hour there were no other hotels or rooms available anywhere else. I had to rebook another room here for almost double the price all because they canceled it for no reason. If it wasn’t for me needing it due to a prior engagement and it being about 2 hours away from home I wouldn’t have paid they much to stay at this run down hotel with such horrible service from the older lady that attended us.

JUST DAMN TACKY

The comforter had a lot of burn holes in it very very tacky. You have to pay for your ICE like really paying for ICE. OVERALL it was not worth the price at ALL!!!
