Spacious Home Near LAX

The house (located at the back of multiple property land) is a single home at a prime location minutes away from LAX Airport, Green Line Train station, major beaches, several shopping centers, SoFi Stadium, Inglewood Forum, highways, and freeway. It is a 30-minute drive to Disneyland, Universal Studios, Downtown, Staples Center, Hollywood, and most major Los Angeles attractions. We have private parking for two cars

This house was built in 2007. So it is up to date with the maintenance and has many safety features, such as double pane windows. It also has a central heating and cooling system. This house is family-friendly, which includes child-proof features, streaming services on the 2 TVs in the house, and free WiFi. This house has many environmentally friendly features as well such as solar energy and 240 Volt electric charger plug-ins for your EV vehicles, which can be plugged into the socket outside of the house. The house will contain most supplies that are in a typical home.

The majority of the house is accessible, including a patio that overlooks the small yet beautiful rose garden, and a washer and dryer. The only place that is excluded is the garage and master bedroom WIC.

The lot is gated and the entry to the house requires a pin. Please contact us for that information. Please no pets. The house is in the back! It is unit B. The house in the front is someone else's property. This house is located on multiple property units but is a single-family home.

Birthday get away!

I booked this location for my birthday celebration. I was so happy with the stay. The host was amazing. Communication was 10/10. Very centralized location close to the freeway. The home is also gated. I would definitely book this stay again.

Hawthrone, CA - Family Stay

Booked this VRBO for the family to stay while visiting my brother in LA. Safe and quiet neighborhood, roomy enough for the family, and cozy enough for a few nights stay. Host was punctual with communication and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I will book again if I'm back in LA with the family.

Conveniently located, spacious home

The house has some age on it as evidenced in the photos, but if you're looking for convenience of the location to airport, freeway on/offramps and neighborhopd stores this is an excellent location. Our stay was comfortable for 6 adult friends. No issues with toilets and showers. Hot water and water pressure were great. Kitchen is stocked with utensils and dishware; however, there's limited cookware. Gas stove is adequate, microwave, fridge/freezer worked fine. Washer and dryer located on patio worked great and laundry soap was provided. No issues with the front door keyless lock. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs were good. Bed matresses were adequate. I slept on the sofa and it was fine for me. The a/c was great. Extra bathtowels are available upon request. Please note that washcloths and dish/kitchen towels are not provided. Bring your own! Please note as stated in other reviews, the driveway is narrow. We had a Crystler minivan and it was impossible to drive straight in and attempt to turn the vehicle around in the short driveway. The garage is not usable to add driveway sq. footage for turn radius. Instead, I opted to reverse up the driveway so we'd have an easier time driving out when leaving. Host is very responsive to messages. Cleaning/steam mopping of bathroom floor/hardwood floors would make a big difference for cleanliness. Kitchen sink drain could use a thorough cleaning to rid mildew. Minor issues which we either addressed ourselves or lived with.

Nice place

Owners were communicative and helpful. A/C works well we ended up being pretty cold at night. The house was a bigger than expected in comparison to the photos. has pots, pans, and utensils as needed and all appliances worked well. Was in a good location for activities and food. Drive way to get is in a bit narrow so you have to be careful but overall great stay!

Aging but well eguipped home in good location for our needs. Neighborhood somewhat rundown and lacks good shopping area and services.TV Channels limited. Owner was responsive to our needs when contacted.

Fantastic, spacious home close to LAX and surrounding area

We had a fantastic stay on a long 4 day weekend here, with amazing communication with our host. The house was immaculate, and well appointed with plenty of kitchen appliances. We enjoyed relaxing on the back patio with the handy charcoal bbq, and the area felt safe and inviting. The driveway feels narrow, but it's well lit and our rental van made it through just fine. Book with confidence! We'd love to come enjoy this house again!
