Beware | Disappointed in Our Stay

I'm typically not one to write unsatisfied reviews, but on behalf of our group, we feel guests should be warned before they book their stay. Overall, this house just isn't maintained in the way that it needs to be ahead of guests arriving. We did not feel comfortable in the location, so please GoogleEarth it to make sure you are aware of your surroundings ahead of booking. Also, the photos posted did not accurately represent the reality of the condition the house is truly in, especially the backyard. In the main house, the air conditioning Google Nest had no battery when we got there and a technician had to come out to take a look at it. The rooms are much smaller than the pictures represent, which made it extremely cramped for larger groups. In the backyard, the pool was dark brown and green with pipes sticking out, and not in any condition to be swam in. There was clearly some construction going on as there were holes throughout the concrete, and stacks of stone in the middle of the walkway between the pool and guest house, which also left a ton of concrete dust all over the backyard making it easy to track into the house and guesthouse. There was also only one trash can that was completely full, so we couldn't throw any of our trash away. In the guesthouse, there was a cabinet door that was broken when we got there and our group was blamed for it even though we didn't break it. Overall, we were all very disappointed in our stay.

Family trip

This house is on a perfect location! The 210 fwy is about a mile away, and many restaurants and stores are very close by. The house is great for big groups! There are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, and 2 full baths in the main house. The guest room has 2 beds, a full bath, and a kitchenette. All the rooms are very roomy and clean. The one thing we ran into was a strong cigarette smell in the guest room. We did mentioned this to the owner and fresheners were brought to us. The unfortunate thing is that the freshener didn’t help as much. The pool isn’t heated, but it is a good size. For the future, the pool needed to be cleaned before the guests would show up. When we were in the pool the pool guy showed up to clean it, we weren’t aware of it. Parking wasn’t an issue! We were able to fit up to 3 cars in the driveway (snugged). Check in and check out was great and easy! Just fyi- the house doesn’t have any cleaning supplies such as sanitize wipes or Lysol, we had to buy those to clean up. We had a total of 9 guests and there was enough bathroom towels. You will need to bring your own beach towel for the pool. Overall, we all enjoyed the stay and will plan on renting this location again! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here.
