It was a cute minimalist room! Everything was clean and staff was so friendly, they accommodated and answered all our questions, only issues was parking seemed to be first come first serve, so when we came back around midnight- we had to park across the street.

Best weekend ever!!

Amazing weekend, front desk staff are super nice and helpful, hotel location is convenient to restaurants, shopping centers, and there’s a bar next door that plays all the jams and drinks area affordable.

Newly renovated modern furnishings clean

The hotel is newly renovated with modern furnishings and exceptionally clean. The owners are very kind! Private parking and plenty of restaurants nearby. Low deposit and extremely affordable rates.

Room looks like it was freshly remodeled. It was clean and modern though is missing some little things. There’s a desk but no chair to sit down. There’s no place in the room to hang clothes, though you could put it in the bathroom by the towel rack if needed. Does have a fridge and microwave but needed to get my own cups and utensils. Parking is tight, though you can park in the street without issue. Seems like they are working on it bit by bit, so hopefully this time next year they can take of these little things that will make it from ok to great.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was in town for the annual Pasadena Home Show and was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was! Recently remodeled, this cozy motel has 36 rooms that are simple and beautiful. I loved the new hardwood floors,porcelain sink and painted walls. The desk clerk was nice and helpful in answering my questions. Another bonus is it is walking distance to many shops and restaurants and was nice and quiet all night. I will be back next year!😊

Pretty good, you get what you pay for so you cannot really complain. Will say the walls are fairly thin so you can hear your neighbors TV or footsteps as if you were basically near them. That’s the only thing I can really say was off putting but the staff was great very attentive with their cleaning rounds, also very accommodating and understanding, received my security deposit back even though I was only able to pay half of it which was super nice!

You get what you pay for. Not a great room, basically a box with a bed. TV didn’t work, water wasn’t hot. Uncomfy bedspread. Not much good to report from here.

Took me 15 min to check in. The lady in the reception can't find my reservation, she was very slow and still asked me for $20 cash deposit. Next day, she told me only gave her $10. I parked in the street, because was only 8 parking spots in the "hotel". A least was clean. Neck pain, because the pillows are very hard.

Cheap hotel, not worth it

This hotel was very cheap so I didn’t expect much, but this was probably one of the worst places I had ever stayed in. Floors were very dirty coming in, I did not want to walk on it with my bare feet. Luckily I had sandals to wear around. Parts of the bathroom smelled like someone had peed on the floor/wall and constantly had that lingering smell of urine. On the third night there were ants in the room that got into my suitcase and I had brought them home which was extremely frustrating. The shower drain was clogged. The fridge was not turned on, and we did not know until the following day so our food went bad overnight. Website said amenities such as shampoo and conditioner were provided, but it was just a single sauce packets worth of 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner. The blanket on the bed was just a single comforter with no sheet underneath as a buffer between our bodies and the comforter. There were some brown stains on our pillow cases and the comforter when we came in as well. However, giving two stars because the people running the hotel were very nice and did give me extra towels when I asked.

Ants in the room and the towels were stained. I don’t think they were dirty but never the less I didn’t want to use them so I was short with the ones that were left. When I asked about taro for the ants the woman offered to spray with bleach which I agreed to but it didn’t get rid of them and just stunk up the room. Also some shady characters outside. Ultimately it seemed reasonably clean and updated and I didn’t expect much for the price but it also could have been better. And as much as I tried it was hard to understand the folks who I assume own the place. They seem nice and well intentioned but it’s difficult to understand them. The deposit and rollers cheap tho and it could have been worse.
