I showed up to check in and was told that they're under new management and had no control of the online bookings. I was turned away as they had no rooms. The Expedia customer service was excellent and took care of a refund and new booking, and I've never had anything like this happen before after booking through Expedia for years

Worst room I have ever been to. Sink broken, jacuzzi broken, graffiti on the doors, door lock broken/missing, burn holes in the matress, dirty towels. Worst hotel we have ever been to.

Adequate for a pit stop

Bed was clean and adequate. Sheets almost transparently thin. Two dilapidated armchairs and badly chipped floors. But it was a cheap place to sleep in the right location for my trip.

I lost out $107, due to shady owners! I received a itinerary# confirming my reservation online, only to discover at the property, other customers were taken advantage of as well! I'm disgusted with the whole experience, terrible! Roaches everywhere, property horrible, landlord is very thirsty for $!!!

There were baby cockroaches in the living room, bathroom and fridge. Heater was not working. Plenty of burned cigarette holes on bedsheets. The room was so untidy .

From the moment I arrived at the place, the person who was attending did not stop talking on the phone. I told her about my reservation, if she could help me, and she never stopped talking on the phone. She told me to cancel.

Disgusting

It was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. We were going to stay 4 nights but had to check out and find another motel. It was so dirty, the room looked vandalized. Very sketchy people there.

I asked for 1 night the man charged me for 2 nights when I got in the room it looked terrible cigarette burns on the bed and finding out they have roaches and bed bugs I got bit up

The room was specifically advertised as a non-smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes to the point where I am still suffering the effects of breathing in that room days later. It was infested with roaches, had torn and dirty bedding, the walls and floor and every appliance was filthy. This is a health hazard and I will be taking further action.

Will never be returning

Place was disgusting and not as described in pictures there were holes im walls, beds, and even floors it literally felt like a horror movie I left immediately. Needs immediate renovations in TLC.

Never again

The room had a broken microwave and shower babe roaches and the king size bed was sunken in on one side ... The property after dark became like screaming and yelling prostitutes and their tricks and just didn't feel safe but made it work ...

There was no hot water. The room was filthy. The bedsheets and towels were caked with dirt and some kind of yellow grime. When I pulled the bedcover, a roach ran across the headboard. I didn't even stay the two nights. I checked out as soon as I could.

I guess you get what you pay for. Run down and dirty. Bugs everywhere. Loud neighbors. Will pay more next time to avoid this experience again.

The property was filled with un presentable individuals. Felt unsafe & it was the worst experience. The room was filthy & had roaches, was only there 10 minutes & we decided to leave that premises!!! Can’t believe Expedia has such property in their listing!!

Our bed had what looked like dog hairs on the sheets, so we requested a room change. But even then our new room had a huge red stain on the side of the bed, the pillows had a terrible smell, the shower curtain was disgustingly dirty, and the water would leak all over the floor while we showered.
