While this lower-level suite offers exclusivity, please note that you may occasionally hear minor noises from above. Access to the suite is via stairs, as shown in the pictures.

you treat it as your own home.

Tea/Coffee: Use the hot water kettle to make hot water for coffee and tea. Fill with water only,
please.
TV: Two remote controls are on the desk. Use the TV remote control to power on the TV and
control volume. Use the AppleTV remote control to access the household AT&T TV service,
along with Netflix or whatever other apps you wish to use and login to with your own account.
You can also use Airplay from any Apple device (see support.apple.com for assistance).
Please note the following:
- No smoking of any kind or burning incense or candles allowed on premises inside or
out; security deposit will be forfeited for cleanup and odor abatement.
- No service animals or pets allowed due to host allergies, as compliant with the law. Bringing
an animal will result in cancellation or fine.
- If using Uber/Lyft, please wait in the Casita for your ride, or on the front door bench.
- Please, do not wait on sidewalk for your ride share.
- Please park in direction of traffic; do not block other cars or driveways
- Please respect neighbors by minimizing noise and conversations outside.
- No additional guests are allowed, other than booked guests, even for visits.
- Please do not run air dryer, microwave, and hot water kettle at same time.
- Please squeegee the shower glass after use.
- Please run shower vent during and after showering. Feel free to leave vent on during day, to
dry bathroom out.
- Please do not send any packages to this residence; mail delivered to this property cannot be
guaranteed.

You agree not to raise any issues in a review which were not mentioned and given a reasonable
chance to be remediated during your stay. Any issues must be documented via text in the
conversation thread. Acceptance of these House Rules invalidates any review which does not
follow this guideline.
