Modern, quiet serene and newly renovated condo located in the heart of Pasadena, walking distance to all shops, restaurants, Pasadena civic auditorium and the Paseo Colorado. A great getaway for traveling professionals, remote workers or just a place to call home.

Short driving distance to downtown LA, the dodger stadium, Hollywood and all other attractions within the LA area. Pasadena is known for its quiet and beautiful neighborhoods, hiking trails, the Rosebowl, and our famous old town Pasadena, that has very shop you can think of!

Super Choice near Old Town Pasadena

This listing is precisely as presented. The unit is spacious and comfortable for two and would be cozy for four. King size bed in single bedroom was very comfortable. Amenities on site were as advertised. Unit is secure within a larger secure facility. Secure underground parking place associated with unit. We stayed here for Rose Parade and associated events. It is centrally located and was reasonable walking distance to the parade and to the Band Fest before the parade. It is quite convenient to grocery stores, shopping and a variety of food options from the eclectic Green Street to a variety of others. Communication with host, Carmen, was superb and timely-both before our stay and during our stay. Checkin info delivered in advance of arrival and all proceeded as disclosed. Checkout was equally easy with only minimal expectations of the guest (empty trash and ensure key fobs are returned to designated location before securing unit). I felt the value was excellent for the size and appointments and location of the unit. I would shun typical hotel stays as I do not think they could match the amenities and the value. Upon returning to Pasadena, I will look for this unit and hope to work with Carmen again.

Lovely and convenient apartment

This apartment is a comfortable, modernized unit within an older, large apartment building. The apartment is spacious and has lots of closet space, dual sinks in the bathroom, and a charming electric fireplace. It's a first-floor unit with a terrace that faces an interior courtyard area so there is not much natural light in this unit. The rental includes a dedicated parking space in a secured garage below the building. You can walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, the South Lake Street shopping district, the Convention Center, and the Pasadena Playhouse from here easily. The property owner is an excellent communicator. We would definitely stay here again.
