Please remember to return parking garage sensor pass you can leave it on the counter before checking out.
Please throw the trash down the trash chute. To find it, just walk out the front door, turn left, then right into the main hallway. The first door on your right is the trash chute.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful place super clean came with 2 rooms so it was super convenient for me and my sister we had our own rooms and our own bathrooms and it made our California experience great! Also the host gave us fun places to go to and eat for our stay, great communication we had access to the pool and hot tub I would definitely stay here again with a friend or family member again in the future!

I had a great experience staying in this Downtown LA spot. The place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained which is exactly what we were looking for. The gym was a nice bonus, and the pool was definitely a highlight for my son; he loved it! The location is perfect close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and attractions within 15 mins away. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was excellent with communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a convenient, comfortable place in the heart of LA!
