Great stay

We had a great stay at Sandra's house for a family trip with kids and grandparents. The house is in impeccable condition with a well-stocked kitchen, a nice patio and backyard, a sauna and a workout room, and 5 well-appointed bedrooms. The beach is a short walk away and the neighborhood is quiet. We would happily stay again.

If I could, I would rate this house 6 out of 5 stars. It had everything for our family stay. Short walk to the beach, beach chairs and umbrella, and a yard for the kids. There were plenty of rooms and we even watch fireworks from the rooftop deck!

Amazing House and Location

Just back from a week at this lovely home. The house was absolutely beautiful and the location cannot be beat. We stayed as an extended family with both my parents and 3 small kids in tow and everyone was thrilled. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable, including detailed instructions on how to operate items in the house (the house is all very tech-based, but easy to navigate once you get the hang of it) and a fully stocked kitchen and rooftop. The beach is a short walk across the street and the kids enjoyed running around outside and utilizing the outdoor playground. Even if you do not have kids, the house is perfect for grown ups and has a stellar rooftop, including multiple seating areas, a full kitchen, TV and hot tub. The owner was extremely responsive whenever I had questions about the house and overall a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire rental process. Cannot say enough good things about this property - highly recommend!!

Gorgeous Home on the LA Venice Canal

This house is as gorgeous in person as the pictures. The views are amazing. It is also extremely uncluttered and clean. The owner is very communicative. We found that having everything controlled by the computers on the walls was challenging (couldn't figure out TV or shades etc.) and I believe the owner will provide more instructions for future renters. Overall very pretty and for Hi Tech folks!

Gorgeous Beachfront Home

I stayed at Sandra’s stunning beach home last weekend. The pictures don’t do it justice! It is modern and high end but also a warm and comfortable family home. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. The house has large windows so there is a ton of natural light and there are great views, from every level, of the ocean and canal with the boats going by. I woke up in the master bedroom to an orange sunrise over Playa Vista and enjoyed the sunset from the spacious roof deck. The roof deck is massive with a full kitchen for barbecuing, fire pits, outdoor tv and a jacuzzi. I wish I could have stayed at her beautiful home longer. There is also a gym room, sauna and large garden. I don’t have any kids but there is a huge playground and toys available as well. The location was perfect - across the street from the beach and walking path along the canal but also less than a mile to Abbott Kinney and the main Venice restaurant and shopping area. Thank you Sandra for letting me stay in your home and for your thorough communication and instructions prior to my stay. I would recommend this home to anyone and will definitely be back.
