You will be renting the entire home privately for you and your family. The home you are occupying will not be sharing the facilities with the other guest house. You will have access to the private garden in the backyard and the pool for yourself. This area is enclosed.

The owner has a guest house in the back of the property line, but that tenant has their own entrance through the driveway. That guest house has its own private patio that is also enclosed and separate from yours.

We had an event on March 7, 2026 at the LA County Museum of arts. Located this property with plenty of parking 4 bathrooms 3 bedrooms with a swimming pool. The budget was perfect and location is very central. The is property is clean old world charm, cozy and comfortable with an absolutely amazing exotic tree collection surrounding the property. The neighborhood felt very safe and was full of charm, very friendly lots of good mornings good evenings by neighbors. Adam met us at the property and walked us through thoroughly and was a phone call away from any problem or question. We will definitely be back staying on this property for our next event in the area.
