Clean and freshly remodeled in 2022, this Charming Cape cod style beach pad is located on a peninsula that has water on both sides. 60 steps away from the beach and across the street from the bay. On the bay you can cruise around to local restaurants, bars, and fun beach's in either the 2 kayaks or 2 paddle boards (supplied with your stay)
If your looking for a romantic getaway or a family beach vacation this is it. Nespresso machine, Smart tv, new appliances and dont forget the kayaks and Paddle boards! The neighborhood Is a blast! Charming breakfast spot two blocks away and a mile from Shopping, nightlife and restaurants!

Clean, beautiful home, steps from the beach

Mark was more than accommodating for my last minute weekend stay. The property was as beautiful as the photos! In a great location, only 7 minute drive to downtown Long Beach, and the property is essentially waterfront.

Great Location

Overall the unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and neighbors. The only drawbacks were a lack of cooking supplies and the Wi-Fi was unreliable.

So close to the beach

Place was nice, very short walk to the beach, nice neighborhood. We left the car outside of the property and use a scooters to get to the 2nd with great access to the restaurants and shops. We came on the rainy weekend so it was good to have reliable heating system in the house.

Cute and comfortable

We spent 8 nights and the condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved the quick walk to the beach and even the walk into town where there were lots of restaurants to choose from. The WiFi was a bit sketchy. Since this was a work vacation I did have to go to the Starbucks daily to work.

Quaint and close to the beach

Overall, great place. The photos don’t exactly match the property, but they’re close. Bedroom was the only thing that lined up pic for pic. Regardless, the place was lovely. Very close to the beach, super convenient parking, walkable to restaurants but also easy to drive as well. There was a leak while we were there, but it didn’t cause any big issues. Just in the living room from the heavy rain during our stay. Host was very responsive and the neighborhood was nice. We will keep this little bungalow in mind if we are back in the area

Great spot to RELAX

This spot was perfect for our relaxing getaway. The parking is great with the exception if you are there on a Thursday morning for street cleaning, but it was easy for us to find alternative parking in August. The beach towels, chairs, and the use of the kayaks was extremely appreciated. We were thankful there was a fan as the bedroom area tended to get a little bit hot at night. Everything else was as advertised in the listing.

Nice for a Brief Stay

This is a nice little place. Sufficient for someone who doesn't need much time in the VRBO. WiFi was a little weak. Poor cell signal for some reason. Lacked some amenities that would make the kitchen fully usable. Shower was a little awkward, but that's what you get in older buildings sometimes. Those are the negatives. The positives: Felt safe at all times. Nice, quiet location with easy beach access. Short walk to fun 2nd street bars, restaurants and shops. Bed and couch were comfortable. Reasonably priced. Manager allowed an early check-in. Would stay again if traveling alone or as a couple.

Nice place but needs to fix the WiFi - there is also no cell service

This is a great location and the place itself was good for two people. We did cook a couple meals and had what we needed. The big disappointment was that WiFi did not work which also meant no TV at all. Along with the fact that there was only one bar of Verizon service, some of the time! So not being able to search for restaurants or places we wanted to go was not great. And very frustrating not to have a TV to relax to at night. Parking was a plus as parking in this area is limited so to get a spot at the door was greatly appreciated.

Cute little place by the ocean

Very comfortable cute little house by the ocean. Great location and close to many fun destinations. A few draw backs were that the air-conditioning unit in the living room couldn't get the bedroom and bathroom cooled down without freezing out the person that was sleeping on the couch /living room. I would consider putting a second unit in the bedroom. Also, the location was very loud, so it was hard to rest in the morning hours (past 7 am on the weekend) without having the neighbors being loud, slamming doors or having dogs barking. We didn't mind so much for our purposes but if you want a quiet place to get a way this would not work for that. The host was very gracious and responded to all our requests promptly including letting us check in early to accommodate our travel. We would stay here again!

Review on line ..revise for senior citizen needing walk, 1910 building with power issues..

was quiet, clean, comfortable bed. Partially remodeled, Shower floor slippery..no hold bars... supplies..1/2 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 5 pods for Nespresso, 2 bottles of water p, 11 trash bag, provided. county has established 20-30 ft sand dunes for night tides that roll n.. causing flooding through properties into Ocean blvd. So, no view of ocean. Never saw Janet. Called Mark Adams, when fuse blown , 3times.. You must turn off a/c in order to use microwave or hairdryer. Fuse box on the next street,at end of property. Would not recommend.. jeanne

Awesome location. Great Stay. Issue initially getting Wifi access as without it no connection or phone service. Reached out to host and got is solved quickly. Location is next to the street. Wasn't busy or loud at all. Driving around was great. Amazing local Food. Roe Seafood and Grill 'em All Burgers were soo good.

Perfect, affordable Long Beach stay!

We enjoyed our time at this property immensely! We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants on 2nd street. We used the kayaks, and since we were right on the bay/ocean, it was an easy short walk!
