Recently remodeled with a sleek, open living space, enjoy privacy and security with two motorized gates and plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles within the gated property.

We offer private outdoor space featuring a covered patio and entertainment area or you can relax in the hot tub after a day of exploring LA.

Convenient keyless entry for easy access and we are also pet-friendly to ensure your furry friends are welcome.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests offering:
2 King-size beds, 2 Queen-size beds,1 Pull-out Sofa in the office,1 Air mattress, 1 Pack ‘n Play Travel Crib for young children,

The home boasts Modern Living Areas, Brand-new kitchen with new appliances and smart home features Fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining. It also has Indoor and outdoor dining spaces to enjoy meals together.

There are Laundry facilities with washer and dryer as well as
4 large flat-screen TVs with Roku streaming and high-speed WiFi.

The house has 2 thermostats, Climate control with A/C and heating for any time of year.

We had a wonderful family gathering at this large, clean, modern and very safe location. Communication with the hosts was always instantaneous. We were in LA during one of the "atmospheric river" events forcing us indoors. Our gathering of 8 (5 staying at the house overnight) has plenty of room to spread out, and the backyard is mostly covered. A smaller space would have been a serious problem. The location is convenient to any location in the valley. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

My family and I stayed here for a week while attending my cousin’s wedding in LA. The kitchen, living space, and patio were beautiful and very spacious. We really enjoyed gathering together, having our morning coffee, and spending family time in those areas.However, we were disappointed with how the bedrooms were counted. The office is listed as a bedroom, which would have been fine but the sleeper sofa was extremely hard and uncomfortable. No one in our group was able to sleep on it.Additionally, one of the queen beds was broken. The bottom metal frame was detached, the metal legs were bent underneath, and the bed was propped up on two pieces of wood. In the middle of the night, my sister and her husband had to move to the living room couch, which was frustrating given the cost of the home and the expectations for the stay.The bathrooms also did not have sufficient lighting for us to get ready for the wedding. Several lights were out, and the owner mentioned they needed an electrician to repair them. The shower pressure could also be improved, especially for guests with long hair.Lastly, for a one-week stay we were only provided with one roll of paper towels, which was unexpected. As a VRBO owner myself, I typically provide three rolls even for a weekend stay.Overall, it was a clean and attractive home, but bummed with the minor issues we had to deal with.
