Entire 1300 sf HOUSE, driveway parking. Lovingly restored 1910's Craftsman. Short walk to Beach, Metro, Conv Center, Downtown. Aquarium of the Pacific, Shoreline Village, and many other attractions are close. Queen Mary accessible by water taxi and free bus shuttle. Just 30 minutes to Disneyland. Relax in your private house and backyard. Beds have premium memory foam cool cell mattresses. Weekly discounts available. Enjoy a cup of coffee or breakfast on the back porch, overlooking a verdant bamboo grove.
The garage has been converted to a recreation area featuring a Foosball table and chairs! Perfect for kids, or grownup kids.
It is perfectly situated near many major attractions such as the beach (3 minute, 2 block walk!), Convention Center (13-minute walk!), Downtown, Shoreline Village, Rainbow Harbor, Aquarium of the Pacific, Queen Mary, LB Courthouse, Pike Outlets, Museum of Latin American Art, East Village Arts District, and more. On any weekend, you can find a local attraction as well. You can opt to walk, rent a bicycle hourly or daily, or Uber.
We care about the environment, and provide purple recycling bins. There are three modern high efficiency AC units, each located in a room. We ask that you please turn them off when leaving.

The entire premises is yours, including the Foosball rec room. You will have your own guaranteed parking in a long driveway, which is a treasure indeed in downtown Long Beach.
Access is by keycode. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space and quiet neighborhood with the same respect you would show your own.
We have the utmost respect for the privacy of our guests. The is an external security camera pointed outwards, but no cameras in the house or any cameras pointed inwards.
House Rules
- No smoking or smokers allowed anywhere on premises, either outside or inside. Violation of this rule will result in a fine and other sanctions. If you or your guests smoke, please find another listing. No exceptions.
- NO PARTIES, no music outside anytime. Keep noise outside to a minimum. Quiet hours after 10PM. When playing music in house, keep all doors shut. Please be considerate of the quiet neighborhood. Neighbor complaints may result in a $500 fine, immediate cancellation and eviction, and police involvement. If you want a party, please enjoy yourself and book elsewhere.
- Photo ID and guest list required, sent to the host on channel within 24 hours of booking.
- Any guests, whether overnight or visiting during the day, count as guests, must be registered and paid for, and count towards the max capacity.
- Please do not send mail to this residence; use FedX/UPS locations only. Any mail cannot be guaranteed.
- Only toilet paper in the toilet.
- We ask not to cook fish indoors, in consideration of other guests. BBQ is provided outside; we suggest a delicious foil wrap with butter/oil.
- Loss of keys will result in a $50 charge.
- No pets. Violation results in $300 fee. Service dog fraud is prohibited under California Penal Code 365.7 PC.
- Park in the driveway next to the house, leaving room for gardeners to open the gate and remove trash cans.
Check out / On departure: - Please leave the property in the same general condition that you received it. - There is no need to do anything with linens, towels and beds. - Please clean dishes, remove food and drinks from fridge. - Pots & pans should be washed and returned back to their original location. - Close all windows, turn off AC units, fireplace, and lights. - Please inform us if seems broken or missing - Please return keys to lockbox. Loss of keys will result in a $50 charge.

Nice room smell good and clean if you traveling need to stop for the night is very good because is on side of the highway and very good price,,, great costumer service
Enjoyed my stay, host was quick to respond to questions and helpful with motorbike storage. Good location close to beach but bars and restaurants are short uber rather than walkable. Only criticism is there are some areas of furniture that could do with upgrading but house was very clean and had everything we needed.

This lovely property has all the amenities as advertised. It is clean and so much natural light streaming though windows. Our family enjoyed our comfortable beds, kitchen, backyard, and ESPECIALLY the fooseball table! It's location can't be beat! Thank you!! :)

Perfect home in central Long Beach location
We visited from Seattle for the New Year and Rose Bowl in Pasadena but opted to stay in Long Beach to be close to family and enjoy the waterfront. We were able to walk to shoreline village where we took a sunset harbor cruise, visited the aquarium and listened to live music along the way. We were able to run to the beach each morning for our workout. The house is clean, safe feeling and close to the freeway for easy outings. Having a washer and dryer in house made it easy for us to pack light. The kitchen was stocked well and allowed us to order in from several of the delicious local restaurants. The neighborhood has a friendly outdoorsy vibe. Communication before, during and after our stay was easy, making our trip stress free and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.
This house was very clean and set up so you can enjoy your time. It’s location is great ! We had a rental ca but we just walked everywhere because of the location. The host was amazing at keeping in contact. This is a wonderful place to stay and I hope it’s available on our next adventure to the Long Beach grand prix
Stayed here for 4 nights for a music fest. The house was very clean and as described. Communication with Dan was great - he sent emails regarding all steps of process and asked to reach out if needed, which we never needed to as everything was communicated well. It was walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and attractions.
The only negative (this has nothing to do do with the actual property) was walking from the main restaurants/shops/beach at night was a little sketchy - I wouldn't have felt comfortable with my wife walking alone in the area. There are two gas stations on the main road that are pretty close and they always had many homeless people lingering around. Two of the nights we saw police at the gas stations due belligerent behavior.
