Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.
Unauthorized parties, events, or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction.
Please note: the 3rd bedroom and bathroom are located separately in the back, detached from the main house.
Due to the high cost of natural gas in Los Angeles, pool heating is available at an additional $125 per night (minimum 3 nights).
Jacuzzi heating is also available for an additional $50 per day with no minimum stay required.
