I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Casa Blanca. The reservation process was simple, and everything was smooth upon arrival. The hotel has a quiet and discreet atmosphere, which makes it ideal for a restful stay.
The entrance is not very noticeable at first because it’s a bit tiny, but the hotel is located right next to another motel, making it easier to identify. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. And actually is the first time that I see a really polite person.
Overall, this is a good option for travelers looking for a simple, private, and comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying here again.
We stayed at the Casablanca Inn as a family and were honestly so impressed with the experience. The room was spotless, super clean and fresh, which is something we always look for when traveling with kids. It was also surprisingly quiet, which made a big difference when it came time for everyone to get some rest.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were kind, responsive, and went out of their way to help us with multiple requests throughout our stay. Whether it was extra towels, adjusting our room setup, or just local tips, they handled everything with a smile.
For families looking for a comfortable, quiet, and affordable place to stay without sacrificing quality, Casablanca Inn really is a hidden gem. Great value for the price. We'll definitely be back!

Disliked: Cleanliness
I am disappointed with the Casablanca Inn.
When I arrived, Myroom smelled strongly of cigarettes and had stains/signs of bed bugs. I immediately asked the hotel staff about a new room and they quickly met with me and offered me two other rooms but one of the other ones also smelled like cigarettes. The third room had ripped and stained bedding as well with signs of damage and we quickly decided to stay elsewhere.
The hotel apologized- citing that their bedding is from a third-party provider and that they don’t typically wash it on site which is why they were not in the best shape
The hotel they told us that they would honor a refund if we contacted Expedia. They then took my keycard so that we could not stay (as we had expressed) and we left.
After talking to Expedia, they let me know that the hotel would not honor the previously agreed upon request.
I was not going to leave a review because I understand how short-staffed they were for cleaning, but it didn’t make sense to me why the hotel would change their mind after an employee agreed to honor it. They were speedy to offer an alternative which I appreciated, but none of the rooms were clean and it presented a safety issue which they also visually inspected.
I decided to stay here initially because of the reviews, but it is very clear that they all come from one person, likely an owner (many of the Expedia reviews have the same name). You’re better off staying somewhere else.

Vacation ruined
Horrible experience!!! 1st off I get to the hotel and the guy at the desk informs me that the TV doesn’t work. Inconvenient but decided to deal with it. (No discount for loss of amenities or anything) then I was getting ready to go out with my girlfriend and we get a knock on the door and it’s the front desk guy saying I have to pay $100+ again (room was already paid in full) or I had to get out. Took hours to get resolved and still no compensation. Ruined our whole night
