This spacious home features 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds with brand new memory foam mattresses, a large living room, dining area, full kitchen, and central A/C and heating. Home is 1500Sqf and lot is 6300 Sqf. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, all utilities included, and free parking for two vehicles. The property includes a huge private backyard and brand-new modern furniture throughout. A gardener comes once a month to take out the trash and maintain both the front and back gardens.
