Die Vermietern ist sehr freundlich und stets bei Fragen erreichbar. Die Lage ist Spitze. 5 Minuten zu Fuss und man ist am Strand und am Pier. Der Parkplatz war direkt am Apartment. Alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen gern wieder. Preis-Leistung für diese 1a Lage mehr als fair. Danke schön! Angela und Ben

I am pleased that I was able to complete my checkout of the Hermosa Beach apartment today this morning, July 10th, before 11 a.m. so properly, perfectly!I am also glad that, despite the numerous defects/deficiencies (poor maintenance) of the very small vacation apartment I checked in on June 8th, and the sometimes frequently occurred disturbances and nuisances, inconveniences caused to me e.g. by construction work, the "cleaning person," the neighborhood of apartment (even once around midnight, someone shone with a flashlight into my apartment for a little longer, disturbing my sleep), etc., I was still able to manage and endure my stay of approximately one month so well. The proximity of apartment to the beach and next bus stop I liked.Best regards

GREAT LOCATION

Walking distance to Pier Ave, Beach, Restaurants and Nightlife. Private entrance is like own home with garage parking . Excellent host respects privacy. Minor issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Best value in Hermosa Beach. Cell service may be spotty at times.

Good value for the money, but not perfect

Overall the unit is a very good value! If you're traveling to the area and your priority is to be in a good location without shelling out a ton of money, this is a great choice. It's not perfect though, it's rough around the edges and while he host is very nice and helpful, she seems a little disorganized. Pros: Location - right by the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store, gym, pretty much everything you could possibly want is within a 15 min walk tops, very safe area Price - compared to most listings in the area, and in the broader LA area, this place is a great price, very good value for the money Perks - cleaning lady that comes every other week to change sheets, towels, and does your laundry as well Host - the host is very nice and a pleasure to chat with as I saw her around here and there, as issues arose she made clear attempts to remedy the situation Cons: Unit cleanliness - the unit is rough around the edges for sure, some of the molding is quite dirty, the bed skirt clearly hasn't been washed in forever Communication - there were a few days where people were working on or deep cleaning the house and I wasn't told until they had already been there for 30 mins - 1 hour and making noise while I was working from the unit Note: Parking - if you have anything other than a small sedan, it won't fit in the garage and you'll be street parking, which for me led to a parking ticket and frequently being parked multiple blocks away

Great place!

Perfect for 1 person looking to hang at the beach or in town for work (or both)! Laundromat a few blocks away, grocery store a 5-minute walk, as is the beach and many restaurants/shops! Love the area!
