Hot tub suite was excellent. Room was very clean and spacious enough so that it didn't feel cramped at all, despite the hot tub being quite large. The hot tub itself was one of the best in-room tubs I've ever booked. It had a luxurious look and feel and was in immaculate condition, clean, and worked perfectly. Hotel premises was very clean as well. The front desk customer service was a bit robotic and not the friendliest but they checked us in quickly and even granted us a complimentary 1-hour late checkout so we have zero complaints. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely come back. 10/10

The room was really clean. And the only downsides I would say are the shower head pressure wasn’t that great and the bed creeks a lot. Other than that I enjoyed my stay the staff is super nice and understanding. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating when I requested an early check in. The room appears to be previously updated as well as the exterior and it’s very nice. One note is that I did not see any breakfast served but for the price and convenience of restaurants nearby it was not a problem for me.
