Full of authentic charm and character, welcome to this lovely Spanish Villa located in the Hollywood Hills near Lake Hollywood and Universal Studios. From the moment you step into the home with it's 20 foot vaulted stenciled beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, arched doorways and epic window views of the Hollywood Hills, you will experience something special!
The generous open floor plan and additional outdoor patio areas with ample seating allows for the group to never feel cramped while staying at this beautiful home. The tiled stairway with wrought iron railings leads you to the loft upstairs/office/den library or music room w electric piano. Additionally, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom showcased with wooden cased windows allows for a bright and natural light throughout. The kitchen and breakfast area have stunning mountain views which wonderful morning sun to enjoy with your first cup of coffee/tea! Our front patio is quiet and scenic to meditate or practice yoga. Enjoy alfresco dining on the back patio with your friends and family.
This home is old-world charm at it's best and nestled into the Hollywood Hills among other multi million dollar homes where many celebrities call home. The home is very close to all the action of Hollywood yet completely separated and you would have no idea you are 5 minutes from "the" Hollywood. There is easy access to the I-5 and 101 freeways and just minutes away from Universal Studios & Universal City Walk, Lake Hollywood, Runyan Canyon, the Hollywood Sign and Downtown Los Angeles!
Property is managed by iTrip Los Angeles. We require valid photo ID of guests immediately upon booking, Guest must provide names and ages off all guests.
There are sets of outdoor stairs from street level to the front door and indoor staircase. This property is not suitable for young children or toddlers or anyone with mobility issues. No Pets Allowed.

HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. 10 Guests. We have an Extra Guest Fee $90/guest per Night. Queen Air Bed provided.
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $75 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
