The villa is located in a popular area of Los Alcazares and is walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. There is a large outside space with dining area leading out to the pool, a sun terrace from the main bedroom upstairs and a roof terrace with chill out sofas and pergola. Inside the villa you have a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas.



A smart TV with channels from across the world including the UK and Wi-Fi internet is provided free of charge. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with private parking space in the underground garage.



Los Alcazares is a fantastic area for a family holiday with long sandy beaches and shallow waters on the Mar Menor. There is a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants along with over 20 tapas bars dotted along the beach.



There are two year round markets and in the summer you can take a visit to the nightly evening market and fun fair. If golf is your sport then Murcia is blessed with 22 courses and many within a 15 minute drive from the property, other sports in the area include tennis, padel, kite surfing, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing and not far away you have diving off the coast at Cabo de Palos.

Lovely Villa

Great location, lovely villa finished to a high standard. Get sun around the pool most of the day and only a five minute stroll to the beach. Shops and restaurants only a ten minute gentle walk away. One of the best villas I’ve stayed in in what is now becoming one of my favourite places in Spain
