「A very beautiful place to stay ! It was our last stop before we returned home, and it was close to the airport. It had everything we needed including a pool, restaurant, and a shuttle.」

「Near BZE - ideal for a layover if required. Staff were kind & professional. Surprised they could not recommend any providers for diving / snorkel activity in the Cayes - thought they should have a “link” or recommendations (got it from GOOG). We were unable to get a river cruise (to see Manitees) as their boat was out for repair (ended up canoeing upriver for a mile & back). Given the small scale of biz, I suspect they have to be informed ahead of time if you want to rent their boat.」

「Sir Angel’s Guesthouse started as a longtime Belizean family home, and it is even named after the patriarch, Angel. Communication while booking was timely and accurate. Upon arrival, my booked ride from the airport was prompt, and the driver gave me a local tour en route to the Guesthouse! I was warmly greeted at the guesthouse by the owner, and even introduced to a family member! At the Guesthouse, I enjoyed being “in Belize”—- I was at a small, family-owned lodging for my first two days...

「Great Old Building constructed from wood, had a lovely stay over the new year period and was treated to bubbly and party hats for the NY celebrations. Perfectly situated in St George area and well within walking distance of BZ city and the water Taxi terminal my only gripe was there is a large construction site across the road which was quite noisy especially in the morning, so didn’t get many lie-in’s.」

「Cathy was super welcoming, constantly checked in on me. Great stay and great hospitality. The breakfast was great, love her fry jacks. This place gives a local vibe. Cathy set transportation for me and this place is only 5 minutes from the airport. This will be my new stay every time I come to visit my family in Ladyville.」

「The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.」

The attached restaurant had excellent and affordable food, in fact we noticed that many of its patrons were locals. The location being 20 minutes from the airport was a nice added bonus. 」
