「Friendly staff. Clean rooms.」

「We had no idea the hotel was being remodeled. If we had known that we would’ve chosen to stay at another Homewood suites. The night clerk, Robbie, was wonderful! She made sure we had everything we needed and was very kind to me and my family.」

「The room was nice and clean, the front desk workers were very nice and professional. Only complaint is noise.. The walls are thin so my wife heard people snoring, fairly early kids were running in the hall and someone was having a phone call on speaker phone she could hear the conversation clearly. I had trouble falling asleep due to a noisy upstairs neighbor that was jumping. The hotel is conviently located next to a ton of places to eat, the mall and the high schools. But I don't think we...

「has some really rude staff and some nice ones but i checked out early due to being talked over and snapped at in an already hard time. this staff in scrubs wouldn’t let me speak long enough to say the word reservation or expedia until i literally started talking over her. was unsure if she was doing a new booking due to this which is stressful on a budget. not doing it again. air conditioning works.」
