「The cabin has a good location to access the water; however, it is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed the chairs and tables outside were covered with dust and bird poo. We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty.」

「Rustic cabin. Left a little to be desired as far as cleanliness but otherwise suited my needs. This place is probably really fun in season.」

「Little Creek was fabulous! It was super clean and well stocked. The property is beautiful and peaceful. If you want to get off the grid, this is the place! We enjoyed quiet days and star-filled nights. The ducks are great, and we loved the awesome tree swing! Katie was a wonderful hostess with great communication!」

「The cabin and location were perfect! It had everything we needed and was in pristine condition. We would definitely stay there again.」

「This is a great little getaway spot for my wife’s birthday. Only 15 minutes from Jefferson and Caddo Lake, beautiful drives on the back roads, great view of the creek and awesome to have a fully screened in porch to get away from the bugs. Our misunderstanding was looking solely at the pictures made us feel like It was more secluded than it actually was.」

「We only stayed one night (need to stay for at least two!) but everything was great. Easy to check in, easy to communicate, nice accommodations, close to everything there is to do in town. If you have a larger group this is good because most places are geared for couples.」

「Great place to stay, very pretty. I only needed to call the owner once and she answered and helped us.」

「Perfect little spot if you’re looking to go to the lake」
