Have fun as an individual, couple, or family in this inviting apartment, a short free bus ride from beautiful, historic downtown Longmont, half an hour from Boulder, Loveland, and Lyons, and an hour from Estes Park and Denver!
Our apartment is simple but clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Ria did the decor in a cozy, artsy, eclectic style that we hope you will love.
We grew up in Longmont, and look forward to welcoming you to our hometown to explore the front range and mountains.
The space This is a clean, simple, three-bedroom, one-bath apartment. It was built in the 1970’s and we haven’t been able to fully update it yet, so there’s no central air, a single small bathroom, and no garage.
But despite these drawbacks, the place has many amenities and charm.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are spacious and open greatroom style with TV with Roku, reclining loveseat, and a dining table with comfortable chairs. The kitchen has basic cooking and eating equipment as well as a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Salt, pepper, paper towels, dish soap, and cleaning supplies are provided (if you can’t find what you need looking through the cabinets, just ask!)
Two bedrooms have king beds and the other a twin bed. A pack-n-play is available on request. The living room couch is long enough for comfortable sleeping if you need the sixth extra spot (please do not sleep on the couch without using the bedding provided in the living room closet.)
The bathroom has basic necessities (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer). A washer and dryer are available in the hall for convenient laundry.
Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment, which is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.
