OUTSTANDING LOCATION on LONGBOAT KEY, only a 5-minute walk to the gorgeous beach!

This delightful beach house is 1,404 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large deck and outdoor area with a fire pit.

The main living area is on the 2nd floor, which you can access by wooden stairs from the front and back of the house.

★Living Area:
Walk up the stairs and you will feel right at home in this charming house! The living room is very cosy with its large U-shaped couch, armchairs, wooden floor, large TV (65"), and beachy decoration.
The white wooden dining table with 4 chairs is perfect for your meals or as a work desk.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances: microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

★Bedrooms:
Bedsheets provided.
The beautiful master bedroom, in shades of white and blue, features a queen size bed, TV, 2 night stands with lamps, a large window, wooden floors and white armchairs.
The 2nd bedroom includes a king size bed that can be changed into 2 twins per your request. This beach-themed room includes 2 night stands with lamps, large carpets and cute frames. It's luminous with several widows.

★Bathrooms:
The master bathroom is en-suite with a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, a sink and toilet.
The 2nd bathroom is located just before this bedroom, with a tub, sink and toilet.

★Outdoor Space:
Walk through the sliding doors and you will love the large deck with outdoor furniture, grill, and large umbrella to fully enjoy your Floridian vacation.
You have another set of stairs from the deck behind the house that leads to the backyard. The available fire pit will be perfect for your stay during winter time!
There's even an outdoor shower you can use to rinse sandy feet.

★Laundry:
The large washer & dryer (LG) are located in the closet.

★Parking:
You can park up to 2 cars in the driveway in front of the garage (do not park on the street).

★Miscellaneous:
The first floor features a 2 doors garage space but CANNOT be used to park cars. It's perfect to store your beach things or luggage. There's an extra fridge you can use, as well as 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 1 beach cart.
A roll-away bed is available as well (located there) - it's for 1 guest only, and not a long term stay option. Please, move up the stairs very carefully and at your own risk.

★Location:
This house is at the perfect location on Longboat Key: Saint Judes Drive is a quiet street off the main road, but with everything you need.
Both a convenient store and a restaurant are located on St Jude Dr. Other restaurants and a bike rental are at walking distance.
The beach is just a short drive away: head toward Gulf of Mexico Drive, turn left, and you'll find public parking on your right within a mile for easy access to the sand.
Longboat Key is famous for its beautiful beaches, luxury resorts and Golf courses. it's the perfect location for a peaceful and dreamlike vacation.

★ If you want to discover more of Sarasota:
Lido Key, St Armand's Circle (famous for its boutiques, restaurants and events) and Mote Aquarium are 15 min drive away.
Ana Maria Island (Coquina Beach), is 15 min drive away
Downtown Sarasota (with its boutiques, restaurants, bars, theater, opera, exhibitions, events...) is 20 min drive away.
SRQ Airport is 25/30 min away.

*Please be aware that Joan Durante Community Park is located just behind the house with wetlands. The backyard is not fenced and wetlands could be accessed from the property - supervise children at all times.*

- No pets - a small dog could be accepted, contact us
- Non smoking
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 82 F
- Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running.
