Beautiful beach and views. The unit itself needed updating. The bedspread was dirty but I was able to find a clean blanket. We found two dead bugs and property manager notified pest control.

Worth the money for the view alone!

It could be the most amazing little space, but it clearly is been well used. It needs an update and some TLC. It is small but the view and access to the beach was phenomenal.

Beautiful

This place is just as it is described. We’ve stayed in rental condos on Florida’s gulf coast many times, and for two people I’d say this place was in the top five. We absolutely LOVE LBK as a destination for the two of us. Quiet and not crowded, even during spring break season. The beach is pristine and the view from this unit’s balcony is stunning. Definitely would /will stay here again.

Amazing views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean and watch the sunset. And to just walk downstairs to the beach. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay so that was the only downside. Other than that it was great!

Let anyone who wants to spend a relaxing and quiet vacation without too many crowds know that this is the perfect place, everyone is very respectful, the cleanliness is the best you could ask for, any problem is resolved within hours, Mr. Roman is very helpful in his position as are all his workers from the maintenance man to the cleaning ladies!!! I recommend it for absolute rest, places less than 10 minutes away to get what you need!!! I will come back again!! Thanks for everything

Good and bad

This unit was fine for two people. We stayed two nights. The bedroom was very small with little space for luggage and not enough outlets. . I found soiled tissues behind the headboard under the bed when we arrived. The kitchen faucet sprayed all over but my husband was able to fix it. The pool was nice and the beach was great. It was a beautiful view from our balcony.

Stay was amazing. You cannot beat the beach access. The key exchange process needs to be update to keyless entry for the safety of everyone. This was our 2nd time staying and both times exceeded my expectations.

Peace and quiet -

This was a last minute quick getaway .. Condo was good we were missing a few items upon checking and The Property Manager (who happens to be GREAT) promptly addressed the issue ..Nice Kitchen and living space, Bedroom is very small but the view is amazing..

View was amazing

The place was nice...it was a little small for my family of 5 but we made it work. For future though it was perfect for husband and wife or just 2 people 3 max. My older 2 slept on couch just fine, where it got tight was my 1 year old sleeps in his pack and play and it made it very tight. But besdies that everything was fine.

I hate to give negative feedback, but I was disappointed with the overall experience for the cost. It appears they have not made necessary repairs from previous hurricane damage - there were just rocks stacked for stairs down to the beach that were hard to navigate with no hand rails and covered in sandspur shrubs. The room was clean but I wouldn't say comfortable - the industrial sofa (fabric) was very hard and scratchy. The TV worked off and on. There was no mat anywhere to wipe feet on at the door or inside the unit so as hard as we tried, sand was a challenge. The landscaping was grown over and overall upkeep and maintenance of the property was lacking.

Dishwasher did not work and had a bad odor. Kitchen table was a tiny tippy table with 4 folding chairs, no screen door, pool filled with large slimy leaves,no key upon arrival( empty envelope).

While the ocean views were wonderful and beach amenities were great, the kitchen was not well supplied. It was missing several things (potholders, serving bowls, ice cube trays). The floor was not clean when we arrived — very sandy. We loved the location and feel of the property, but our unit needed some updating.
