"The manager forces the housekeeping staff to start knocking on doors at 9am and check out isn't until 11am. My fiancee has terminal cancer and was up most of the night and they knocked on our door at 9:16 am. When my fiancee asked for his supervisors contact information he refused to give it to him then went on to tell my fiancee he'd never get his info. "
