「Perfect location for a concert in Blenheim. The flat was lovely really enjoyed it. Couple of things , stair carpet needs to be fixed coming out of bedroom , trip risk.Could have done with some fans , very very hot!!!!Gorgeous period features and nice soft furnishings.Be warned there are lots of stairs, not for the elderly or with small children.」

「This was an absolutely beautifully-decorated apartment in the heart of Oxford just steps from Westgate Mall, which literally saved us during the 100-degree F heatwave! Many stores and restaurants in the mall had Aircon! 「Excellent base for a visit to Oxford, with the city centre a pleasant half-hour walk across parks to get there. A quiet residential street with some local shops and public transport nearby. Flat was spotless and well furnished with parking out the back. Plenty of space in the kitchen/lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. Host answered any questions quickly and helpfully and no issues with access on arrival. The balcony was an added bonus for coffee in the morning or sitting out in the evening.」

「This was a true to description listing that did not disappoint. Very clean and very accurate description. Our cord tripped the fuse and the owner was not only quick to fix but he was kind enough to leave us a new converter that worked! Very responsive and we highly recommend this property. It also has great parking, 2 fans for summertime, and a little convenience store for snacks and light foods.」

「In spite of several demands and messages to the owner, I did not receive any indication on how to enter the flat until after I had booked a last-minute bedroom in a proper hotel. The owner blamed it on the email platform that (apparently) did not transmit the info. That may well be the case, but in any event, he did not take any notice of the messages asking for info until 5 hours after the theoretical check-in time.」

「It’s an apartment for short term rent which was not clearly described to me. It’s not a full service hotel. The location is good. The biggest problem is the noise from the street. Very loud car and truck all night long. No sound insulation at all.」

「The location is great, being a shortish walk into the city with plenty of bus options. The layout of the flat is good for the price but I had some issues with comms with owner - no 'welcome' explaining parking, when access details would be passed on so I had to chase that the day before. Access is easy and great not to worry about keys. In the flat the tower fan didn't work - luckily we were past the 32 degrees plus heat but it was still high 20's. Also limited crockery/glasses, no baking tray...

「The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back」
