"small room but plenty of hanging and bag storage. convenient to all of the Hobart city attractions - the complimentary afternoon tea was a great surprise for me and much appreciated as I had missed lunch and every food option in Hobart was closed until dinner time. Parking was extremely expensive ($40) and when I thought I had left something in the car it was virtually impossible to retrieve as the car was now in some secret location."

"Very happy with the property. 2 bedrooms were excellent kitchen and amenities were very good and clean. Supplied all electrical items we would have at home. Good TV with internet as well.Driveway is a little steep but overall, we did not have a problem with that. Location could not have been better being at Sandy Bay, Hobart which is central to where we wanted to go.Plenty of restaurants nearby and to anyone interested the Casino is very close.We visited Domain Gardens, Huon Valley as well as the Salmon Ponds at New Norfolk (Plenty) on our way to Launceston through Bothwell.A very good stay,Thanks"

"Janina was very welcoming & friendly & offered to help us in any way she could. The apartment was well-appointed, comfortable and warm with a beautiful view over the garden to Kunanyi (Mt Wellington). Convenient location with small shopping centre 750m down the hill. Fresh flowers, milk etc provided a very welcoming touch. Looking forward to staying at Sonningview again."

"Comfortable house with amazing views of Hobart and the Derwent river. It fitted the 5 of us well. The house would not suit anyone with mobility issues as it is on a very steep hill. Buses are close by and Ubers easy to come by to get to Hobart central. Note that there is no spa “pool” but rather there are 2 spa baths. A lovely stay in a very beautiful location. "
