Welcome to Magnolia Beach Hideaway, your home away from home! My husband and I live nearby and personally manage this home. We make sure everything runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and this home is very comfortable and has enough space for everyone to spread out. This 1,500 square foot home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. There is new furniture and bedding throughout. There is a very large fenced in back yard complete with ample patio seating, a fire pit, and propane grill.

All bedrooms feature new premium 12" memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and Roku TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All beds have very soft high thread count 100% cotton bedding. Extra blankets and pillows are provided. You are sure to be very comfortable and get a good night's rest.

There are 2 living rooms, each with a Roku TV that include a streaming service. You will definitely get a good night's rest as all the bedrooms have top of the line 12 inch memory foam mattresses.

The home has high speed WiFi connected to a mesh router to provide a strong WiFi signal throughout the house. The data speed varies from approximately 100 Mbps - 500 Mbps depending on your device's proximity to the router.

There is a desk and office chair in case you need to do some work while here. The desk is located in the back living room.

There is a Pack n' Play travel crib. Beach towels, wagon, beach toys, and beach chairs are also available.

The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook a family meal. There is a complete 12 piece pots and pans set, a variety of baking dishes and utensils, crock pot, Instant Pot, mixer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, water kettle, and more. There is a K Kup coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker. The dining table has seating for 6 people.

The beach is 1.5 blocks down the road. The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The large backyard is completely fenced in and has a propane grill.

There is a 3 vehicle maximum allowed. A trailer counts as a vehicle.
