The space
Beautiful newly built home, with ultra large backyard for entertaining. We are a 5 min walk to the boardwalk and beach. Spend summer by the beach! Grab your chairs, umbrella, beach passes, and a few toys for the kids and enjoy your day! Park your car in the driveway for your stay and walk out for cocktails and dinner. Great location for taking the kids to the park or walking the beach for sunset.
Our 4 bedroom home is located in Long Beach NY with a private driveway and private entrance. So close to the beach you can hear the waves, smell the sea, and run down for a quick can’t miss sunset! Also, the private driveway fits 2 cars with off-street parking if need be.
2 central air zones for maximum cooling or heating

Baby Cribs are available on request

12 ft ceilings on the 1st floor and vaulted/cathedral ceilings on the 2nd floor.
