「We had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic, far enough from the city, making it quiet and peaceful at night. But close enough for just a short drive to the supermarkets. We even saw yellow eyed penguins on a beach less than 15min away from here. Beautiful view on the ocean from inside too! The property was very tidy and absolutely spotless, with modern interior and nice decorations. The next time we go to Dunedin, we are hoping that we can stay here again :)」

「The room air felt a bit mouldy and the bathroom was unclean - we tried to use the air purifier but even that was so dusty and not clean. Bed sheets were crumpled up and not set nicely. Owner was very responsive though 」
