Top Level: Two serene king bedrooms with a shared full bath provide a cozy, restful escape.

Main Level (Entry): A fully stocked kitchen, dining table for family meals, and wood-burning fireplace create the perfect gathering space. The queen + bunk bedroom with a full bath makes this level family-friendly. Step out onto the deck to enjoy expansive tree-lined views of the Sierra pines.

Lower Level: The entertainment floor includes a pool table, dart board, and board games for all ages. Warm up by the second fireplace, cook in the additional kitchen, and relax in a private king bedroom with an adjacent full bath.

The footprint of the house was nice for a big family. Once we figured out the temperature controls for the home it was very comfortable. Good location. Our only suggestion is a good thorough cleaning and maintenance would make it a little more desirable.
