「This was a great place to stay. Everything was clean, well maintained, and staff was nice. Only slight downside was the beds are a bit too firm for our liking, however some people prefer that. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area especially with the lack of options for the area. Most places in Lone Star and Daingerfield are the slums. This was a nice diamond to find.」

「The A/C was loud and sounded like gravel scrapping. The door didn't fit the opening so I had flies in the room every night. The mirror had a large crack across the mirror right at eye level. Poor lighting in the room. Front desk woman was unfriendly and did only what was required to get her job done. I would not recommend it going to this place!」

「Ideal in every way. Words can’t describe how this entire set up comes together, picture perfect. The beautiful, clean and comfy cabin. Lots of room for the four legged family members to do plenty of zoomies. Friendly ducks that will lead you to where the food is kept. Gas grill and nice table and chairs under a large cedar pergola.
