「This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. The outside looks old and needs updates but the rooms, lobby, breakfast are were renovated and were clean.. I brought me dog the first time and they gave me dog treats at the front desk. The second time I was alone and the staff put me close to the lobby because I was a little scared being by myself. The price was great both times and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. I plan to stay here every time I visit with my family.」

「Unit 214 needs a new entrance door. Common areas need Sprucing up and paint. 」

「Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. No reg coffee in room. Parking was good. Hard to maneuver in around a Starbucks. Bed was good. Pillows good. Staff hard to find.」

「The room was very clean and comfortable though building looked old. We requested a crib for our baby and they prepared it soon. I would like to stay here again.」

「オハイオのコロンバスからグレートスモーキーマウンテンに行く途中で利用 ホテル到着が夜中でしたが、フロントの対応はよかったです。 建物、部屋の設備等のかなり古いです。エアコンの調節が分かりづらかったり、毛布が薄かったり、バスルームが何十年もリフォームされてない感じだったり・・・と残念でした。 不思議と朝食は普通レベルだったのが意外でした。」

「you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?」

「Clean, which matters most to me. Beds comfortable. Staff friendly.」

「Old dirty smelly would not stay there again. Old soap in the bathtub. Just nasty」
