Really grateful stay. Checked in easily, esrly check in. The view was amazing, very clean. I loved the bottle waters in the room, that staff was amazing and very helpful, excellent hotel.

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
The check-in was paifully slow, not enough agents, and the ones there appeared to be taking excessive amount of time checking customers in.

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
The location of this hotel is great, but unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. Our room had no windows, felt dark and claustrophobic, and had almost no space to store or hang clothes. Basic amenities were inconvenient, like having to go to another floor just to iron.
