I was supposed to check into this hotel on May 29th 2020. Due to Covid everything got cancelled. I tried to reach the hotel myself several times about a refund or credit and no one has emailed me back. That was 3 months ago and I’m out $600. That’s no way to treat your customers. Shame on you Westbury Hotel Kensington.

Comfortable and clean. Reception staffs are friendly. Walking distance to earl’s court station.Will recommend
