Overall we had a great stay here. The staff were really welcoming & friendly. The only complaint I would have is that the door does not lock from the inside which did give me a bit of anxiety. Otherwise no complaints!

While this hotel was relatively inexpensive, the amount I paid was similar to what I have paid for much nicer London hotels. While the communal area was nicely decorated, the room itself was of a poor standard - curtains hanging off the rail and only hooked on with broken paperclips, shower curtain completely hanging off, some mould in the bathroom, broken lamp. On the plus side, it was a very hot day and the in-room air conditioning was excellent and kept the room lovely and cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I suppose it was fine for just sleeping in, which was all we did, and location nice and central, but the poor state of repair of the furniture/fixtures and fittings in the room made the place seem poorly maintained and made me question how well the place was looked after.

The staff were amazing. The kind person who checked me in, sorted my WiFi issues and lent me a phone charger was wonderful and I was so appreciative of his support. Excellent value for money and the location is super. Would stay again and recommend.

The place was horrible. The doors didn't even close and the rooms smelled like sewage. Aside from being a walkable distance from Kings Cross, would avoid it if possible. Our clothes smelled of sewage after we left. The staff is very kind especially the gentleman from Brazil. He was super helpful and kind. We can tell they are doing the best they can, but the place needs a lot of work!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price I had a terrible stay at this property, and it was nowhere near acceptable for the price paid. The room suffered from severe maintenance issues, poor hygiene, and unhelpful facilities: Unsafe Maintenance: A heavy glass shelf and metal frame components were left completely dismantled inside the cabinet, which is unsafe and unacceptable. Plumbing Failure: The shower only produced scalding hot water with no temperature control. Staff came to try and fix it late in the evening, but the issue remained unresolved, making it impossible to take a comfortable shower. Shocking DIY "Fixes": The shower tray had a thick, messy stripe of black sealant slapped straight down the middle to patch a crack, alongside dirty shower fixtures and grime around the toilet base. Poor Cleanliness: There was stray hair left in the shower tray and uncleaned food debris sitting in the sink drain upon arrival. The severe lack of basic maintenance, functioning amenities, and basic hygiene made for a miserable stay. I strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere.
