Fab gem in a great location!

Fast check in process and friendly staff, the location is very convenient also. Room was spacious and had everything you needed including a small kitchenette. Lots of tv channels and the bed was comfy.

The cheapest rooms are very small, only really suitable for one adult. Good area nearby to food and groceries and the public transport.

Lovely one night stay in one of the superior single rooms. I was greeted with a smile by the concierge when checking in and checking out. The room was modern, impeccably clean, and comfortable, and had everything you need within. I definitely recommend the Jade, it was all round avery positive experience.

Pros: very close to a train station, affordable, not far from Central London, has an elevator (not always a guarantee in London), room had an AC unit Cons: room was quite tiny, hallways could use some updating/repairs, pillows were like BRICKS

This three day trip was to do a medical procedure and I really needed to rest but the train passes under the hotel and makes a lot of noise for those who need to rest it is not the right place.

Could be cleaner. The pillow could be better. There’s a lot of sounds of pipes creaking through the night. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. The room was bigger than I was expecting. The staff were very kind. Thanks!

Very lovely stay !

The room was cleaned everyday, towels changed and toiletries refilled daily (body wash, shampoo, conditionner and body lotion). Very close to Earl's Court Underground Station (linked to two lines : Piccadilly and District). Numerous restaurants et shops around. The staff was absolutely lovely and welcoming. I felt very safe and comfortable thanks to them. I will definitely think about staying there again next time I come to London. It was very high quality considering the price. Again, big thanks for The Jade for this great experience !

I liked that the hotel is in a good environment. You can reach the underground in about 3 minutes. You have opportunity to go grocery shopping and you have a lot of restaurants and coffee shops and bakery's in the area. The room was small but that was completely okay because I was more in the city then at the hotel. You have a watter kettle on the room which was great to make a cup of tea in the morning.. The personal of the Hotel was always nice and polite.. And helpful if needed.

Too plain, too compact.

Adequate but possibly overpriced. Well located, and friendly staff, but my single, modernized cookie-cutter room was small, with no place for a suitcase and no hooks or racks in the bathroom for towels. What was promoted as a kitchenette was simply the usual electric kettle, a few dishes, and a mini-fridge that was defective and had to be replaced. Earlier in London, I had stayed in another nearby hotel that had much more charm and cost about 25% less. By comparison, the Jade felt non-descript.

The room we were assigned on our first day was horrible. Upon entering the room we immediately noticed trash left behind and peeling pain on the wall. This was reported and a staff removed the trash. Later we observed mold in the bathroom and we asked to be moved to another room we had to wait until the next day. The beds in both rooms were uncomfortable. I will not recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel! Close to the subway, Picadilly Line directly from Heathrow. Small rooms, but clean and fresh. The staff was great! Close to places for breakfast, beer and other important stuff!

ミニキッチンがあり、冷蔵庫、レンジ、電気ポットがあります。エレベーターあり、部屋も清潔に保たれています。シャワーの水量も問題なし。残念だったのは、洗面台のシンクの水栓がなくなっていて上からパイプが見えてしまうのですが、黒いヘドロがびっしりで下水の臭いが酷かった。これだけが残念。部屋までは漂ってこないのですが、トイレ&シャワールームは厳しいです。

It did not feel so clean. The room had a weird smell. I found hairs in my bed when I checked in. The surrounding noise was very loud and you could hear when other people in the hotel walked in and out of their rooms.
