気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Of all the amenities listed the only one that was in working condition was the air conditioning. So that was good. The washer and dryer had other peoples clothes left in them and both machines were FULL of mold. The was a “coffee machine” a lovely Nespresso. Which had no pods and no way to buy them at store. So absolutely useless to us during our stay. The ironing board cover was ripped and not clean. The carpets are all stained and bad seams. None of the doors to the small terrace opened. The check in process was the most difficult part of the entire trip. I had made the Arcore team aware of my scheduled arrival which was 4pm. There preferred time for checking in. They communicated at 3:45 that I had to pay another 800 on top of my paid in full booking as a damage protection fee. In my paid in full receipt it showed I had already paid the 500 refundable damages protection. I paid them ANOTHER 500 after going around with them. They finally released the check in instructions almost 2 hours after I was to check in. Then the directions to pick up key were difficult to follow and the shop keep that gives you the keys was rude. Over all not the “exquisite flat in Covent Garden” I was expecting. Only pro was proximity to transit and it was quite and cool.
