Horrible rooms

Hotel was disgusting, had no tv, no heating just a plug in heater, there was loads of hair all over the bedding from other people just overall was disgusting

Decent place to Stay

I needed a place to stay for one night. This was fine for my needs. Location is easy for transport. I would stay again for 2-3 nights. By no means luxury but comfortable for a business stay over.

easy to reach for bus train and station the room small and the shower was disgusting mouldy very small shower room hardly enough room to have a wash will not visit this property again though from the out side its looks very nice.

Man får, hvad man betaler for. Det er nok den dårligeste seng jeg har sovet i. Man lå på madrassens fjedre og den knagede hver gang man drejede sig for, at ligge bedre. Varmt vand hver anden gang man skulle i bad. Ikke særlig renligt og lille bitte værelse selvom det er hvad man kan forvente i England til få stjerner. Det bliver ikke her næste gang

Skittent og forferdelig

Hotellet svarte ikkje til forventningane/bilder og omtale ved bestilling! Var skittent på rom og bad, uhøflig og lite imøtekommande resepsjonist. Hadde bestilt 4. Mannsrom og det var ikkje plass til koffertene. Vi flytta ut av hotellet etter få timar. Dei kunne ikkje tilby nytt rom til oss. Pga dette fekk vi ekstra kostnad. Vi var veldig skuffa over hotellet!!

Horrible

Booked for 2 nights but could only stay one night as it was so awful. Booked into another hotel for 2nd night. The man behind reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful, hotel was disgusting, dirty and unkept. Asked about fire escapes and was told there was 2 staircases no other means of escape, even though we were right at the top of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

First room looked like a standard double that they added a single bed too, floor of the bathroom was loose. Paid a fee of £30 a night to change rooms. This room was bigger but very very dirty. The linnen had stains, there were hairs in de bed, there were hairs on the bathroom floor, the toilet brush must have been a few years old and disgusting and there was mold in the shower. And this was not cleaned any of the mornings we were their. We did get new linnen every day but all of them had some sort of stain. Breakfast was a continental breakfast bit very limited choice, nothing for someone who does not eat gluten, so we did not make any use of it.

JAMAIS SE HOSPEDEM EM BLAIR VICTORIA HOTEL

Local muito aquem do que estava descrito no anuncio da Hotels.com Os 3 integrantes de minha família tiveram problemas respiratórios e alérgicos por conta do MOFO apresentado da unidade. Foi solicitado troca de quarto, o que não foi atendido pela recepção ( que chamo aqui de decepção ). Vários itens com problemas... - Pequeno almoço sem condições - Local Sujo - Colchão com defeito - Cama muito ruim - quarto de banho sujo com cabelos nos ralos e piso - Papel higienico no chão ao invés de armario - Pia de lavagem toda suja - muito triste dispender de um valor ( que não é barato ) e ter que parmanecer em local totalmente degradado. Não recomendo a ninguem esse local que jamais possa ser chamado de Hotel. Creio que os orgãos fiscalizadores de Londres poderiam intervir para melhorar o ambiente desse BLAIR HOTEL. #blairhotelnevermore

Pire expérience

les photos datent sûrement de l’ouverture de l’hôtel mais pas de son état actuel. Moquette et rideaux troués,murs a moitiés peint, poussière sur la télé, salle de bain minuscule et douche où il faut attendre au moins 5min pour avoir de l’eau chaude. mal isolé du froid le matin vous pourrez admirer l’humidité intérieur sur le simple vitrage de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est simpliste mais le café a le mérite d’avoir rendu malade ma compagne. Prix bas et bien situé mais ça n’excuse pas tout, pour le même prix au même emplacement vous trouverez des hôtels plus confortables. Dès notre arrivée le décor est planté : la porte de la chambre est grande ouverte et on se rend compte qu’elle ne ferme pas car le verrou est cassé. On nous change le verrou. Le lendemain matin en remontant à la chambre impossible d’ouvrir la porte. Obligé de demander au personnel qui defonce la porte pour rechanger le verrou. Pas rassurant quand on part la journée et que nos affaires restent en chambre.

More suited to be hostel not hotel you could clearly see that the room wasnt cleaned or cleaned well dodgy room door looked like a rat eat filling its way under it to get in door looked like its been there since 1922 extremely tiny bathroom with soap scum from previous userS the heating was crap slept in my jumper all in all just a room that zero effort was put into will never return

Great staff but shabby decor and fittings

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Easy to find just off Buckingham Palace Rd. was very clean but very shabby and worn. Bed headboard was half off veneer on drawer of small table was missing, curtains had one side with very little colour due to sun. Shower curtain old and half hanging off paintwork very worn it was spotless clean just very worn. No blanket or Dovet on bed just cotton top cover and fresh cotton sheets cold at night as it’s January. My room was on the top floor 6 flights of stairs not suitable for less able. Breakfast was cereal, orange juice, toast with jam & butter & tea or coffee.

Glad we only stayed 1 night toast and jam with either rice crisps cornflakes or branflakes coffee tea or orange juice expensive for what you get room in need of some tlc top cover on bed was torn wood round window needed a good clean hole in carpet on stairs banister moves on stairs wouldn't stay there again very uncomfortable bed banging doors didn't use shower damaged bedside table this is room 18

The location of the property was great. I room was not clean at all, the blankets were dirty, curtains covered in something and the bathroom was so unclean that we wouldnt dare shower. We did complain and ask for extra pillows, as the one you were given was as flat as a dinner plate. We werent given any extra pillows but we were given clean blankets. The bedding was clean but you dont get a duvet and we were frozen the first night. They were kind enough to put the heating on for the second night. The breakfast room wasnt clean either and there was extremely limited options.
