London Visit

This was a great place for my wife and I to stay in London. The location is perfect with many attractions close by. Ed and his sister were great hosts from check in to check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful flat in Westminster

Very nice property near all the attactions but also a very quiet neighborhood. We both really enjoyed our stay. Flat has everything you need and with nice views.

Great place for London trip

Cute and comfy

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint, well-stocked, clean and comfortable flat. All of our needs were met. The flat is well situated to tour around easily. Ed and Tom were fabulous hosts and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

Lovely stay!

We truly loved our stay at the apartment. Ed and his sister were welcoming and gracious hosts and were very communicative as we arrived for our stay. The apartment was in a quieter area of London, but we actually appreciated that and it was extremely conveniently located just a four minute walk from a tube station (Pimlico). We absolutely would stay here again. The apartment was plenty big enough for two people and was beautifully updated and nicely decorated.

The most accurate definition of this apartment is, just perfect, great light, perfect living space accurately represented in the photos, the location is close to all the great things London has to offer, and is such a nice neighborhoods, beautiful place I will book every time we visit london for sure.

A Perfect Place

A short walk from the hustle & bustle around Parliament, this flat is located on a serene, tree-lined residential street and is very comfortable and well appointed. The Appliances and fixtures are modern and in excellent working condition, and the terrace is perfect for a cup of tea in the morning and refreshments after a busy day. Ed, the host, responds quickly and helpfully to any questions or concerns. I’d stay here again!

Outstanding Location and Apartment

Ed and Tom set us up for a great stay in Westminster. The apartment was extremely clean and had all amenities that we needed (eg washing machine, stove, oven, water boiler etc). You cannot beat the location. Extremely easy walking distance from most of London’s major attractions and a large number of restaurants. Thanks Ed and Tom. Should we make it back to London, I would try to stay in this awesome apartment.

Wonderful Apartment

Edmund was fantastic on communication and the check in process. The apartment was as the pictures and reviews described. It was close to all the attractions and in a good neighborhood. There was no air conditioning in the apartment and the weather was warm when we were there so that led to some hot nights. All and all it was a great stay!

The flat was exactly as listed. Bed was super comfortable and having my morning coffee on the terrace was amazing. Nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Tube station close by and real easy to get a cab from there. Check in was seamless and Ed was quick to respond with my questions. Only issue was the dryer did not work well, but it was warm enough to hang our clothes and they were dry by morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in London

My husband & I spent 8 days exploring London for the first time. The flat was in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. We were in easy walking distance to all the sights in Westminster and the Victoria tube station. The owner met us at the flat & showed us around. He also provided great information about local grocery stores and restaurants. He was available by text for anything we needed. A very special touch was fresh roses in the kitchen & a bottle of champagne in the fridge. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay

We stayed for two weeks and found the flat very convenient for all tourist attractions. 5 min walk to Pimlico Underground and 12 min to Victoria tube, train and coach. The flat was very well outfitted with tea, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, towels, linen, cleaning supplies, etc. The king size bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen with lots of dishes and pots & pans. Small grocery store a 5 min walk. The hosts very kindly gave us an early check-in and late check-out. And the lovely vase of roses was appreciated and bottle of sparkling wine. Thanks.

Als Tourist empfehlen wir unbedingt für Privatzimmer in London einen Reiseadapter mit zunehmen ,um Handy usw aufladen zu können . Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Great Apartment

The apartment was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our 11 days in London. Ed was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze. Bed was comfortable and the apartment is located close to St.James Park tube line and we took that almost everywhere we went in London. Easy access to get around! We picked up groceries at Waitrose or Pimlico grocery which was 10 min walk. We also enjoyed Fish and Chips a short 5 min walk at a pub called, The Barley Mow! Very enjoyable! Thank you for a great stay in this apartment!

This property has everything you need for a London stay. The apartment is located a short walk from the Pimlico tube station and several bus stops, along with a large Sainsburys grocery and various other shops. The unit is on the 4th floor with an elevator and has a small balcony that was an added bonus. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and have everything you need for your stay. Our host was responsive and had someone meet us on the first day which was much appreciated. We would love to stay here again on future trips to London.

A Lot in a Small Package

Just the right size for two travelers, this place packs a lot in a small package. Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Comfortable bed. And screaming WiFi should you need it. Hosting is a family affair for the owner. They are all about communication, so the check-in was pleasant and comprehensive. This flat is in a safe neighborhood, from what I can tell - and I look for things to worry about. It’s within walking distance to anything you want to see, do or eat. And if you don’t want to walk, Pimlico and Victoria Stations are only a few minutes away. Highly recommend.

Great flat!

Travelled from the US to London for a week. This is a nice flat in a quiet neighborhood with close access to everything you may need. A short walk to the closest tube station. Edmund and his sister were great hosts! Highly recommend!

Great location for access across London

Short walk to the underground giving access across London. Clean, quiet neighborhood, cafe nearby, as well as local grocery store for staples. The property is in excellent condition, and well appointed with all the amenities needed for a 2-week stay. Excellent communication with the property manager. He provided several 'tips' for getting around, and very good restaurant and theatre recommendations. We would definitely re-book the property on another visit.
