Close to Dulwich College, Dulwich Park, cafés, and local shops with excellent transport links via West Dulwich Station for easy access to central London.



The Space:

This bright and spacious three-bedroom apartment is set within a quiet residential development in leafy Dulwich. The layout includes three comfortable bedrooms, a welcoming living area ideal for relaxing or working, a fully equipped kitchen suited to longer stays, one full bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate WC.



Fast fibre broadband (up to 1000 Mbps) makes the apartment ideal for remote work, while large windows and neutral décor create a light, calm feel throughout.



The property is just minutes from Dulwich and Sydenham Golf Clubs, very close to King’s College Hospital, and adjacent to Dulwich College, making it a convenient base for professionals, visiting families, and longer stays. Free on-site parking is available, with additional free street parking nearby.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.



Check-in is completed in person, allowing us to welcome you, show you around the apartment, and answer any questions on arrival. This helps ensure a smooth, comfortable start to your stay and that everything is exactly as expected.



Once checked in, guests are free to enjoy all areas of the home, including the living space, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and separate WC. Free parking is available on site, with additional free street parking nearby if required.

This is a quiet residential apartment best suited to families, visiting relatives, and professionals seeking a calm and comfortable stay. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours, particularly during the evening and night.



The property is not suitable for parties or events. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.



Check-in and check-out times are strictly observed to ensure smooth changeovers for all guests.
